Kier Group PLC has announced significant changes to its board of directors, with the retirement of Justin Atkinson and the appointment of Chris Browne OBE as the new Senior Independent Director, effective from October 2024. Additionally, Stuart Togwell has been appointed as an Executive Director, bringing over 37 years of industry experience to enhance the company’s strategic decision-making in the construction sector.
