Kibo Energy PLC has announced the signing of a Sale & Purchase Agreement for the sale of its fully-owned subsidiary, Kibo Mining (Cyprus) Limited, to Aria Capital Management Limited. Shareholder approval is being sought through a general meeting that will be convened following the announcement. The completion of the sale is contingent upon the approval of this transaction by the shareholders.
