Keywords Studios (GB:KWS) has released an update.
Keywords Studios PLC is in the final stages of negotiations for a potential acquisition by EQT Group, with a possible offer of 2,550 pence per share, alongside a final dividend of 1.76 pence. The Takeover Panel has agreed to extend the deadline for EQT to announce its firm intention to make an offer until 28 June 2024. This extension allows EQT to complete its confirmatory due diligence on Keywords Studios.
