Keywords Studios, renowned for providing creative and technological services to the gaming and entertainment sectors, has announced the issuance of 13,118 new ordinary shares as deferred consideration for the acquisition of Playboss Interactive Ltd. These shares are set to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on July 1, 2024. Post-admission, the total issued share capital of the company will be 79,943,690 shares, each carrying one voting right.
