Keyne Ltd has announced further delays in the publication of its 2023 Audited Annual Results and the dispatch of its Annual Report due to additional auditing requirements and disputes over audit fees with CL Partners CPA Limited. The delay has resulted in non-compliance with certain Hong Kong Listing Rules and has necessitated further postponement of Board meetings. Trading of the company’s shares will remain suspended until these financial documents are released and the company urges shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution.
