KeyCorp has announced the resignation of Douglas M. Schosser as Chief Accounting Officer, effective March 15, 2024, as he leaves to take a senior executive role elsewhere. Stacy L. Gilbert will be stepping up from Corporate Controller to fill his shoes, taking on the role of Chief Accounting Officer and principal accounting officer as soon as Schosser departs.
