Keybridge Capital Limited has increased its substantial holding in Yowie Group Ltd, now controlling a 78.341% voting power, up from 64.951%. This increase is a result of the acceptances under a takeover bid, with Keybridge investing an additional $1,044,269.30 to acquire 30,713,803 ordinary shares. The change occurred on 29 April 2024, consolidating Keybridge’s position as a major player in the company’s ownership structure.
