Key Petroleum Announces Director’s Departure

Key Petroleum Limited (AU:KEY) has released an update.

Geoffrey Baker has stepped down as a director of Key Petroleum Limited as of October 15, 2024, after serving since the last notice dated May 6, 2015. He holds an indirect interest in the company through ASF Group Limited, which is the ultimate holding company of ASF Oil & Gas Holdings Pty Ltd, owning 225,372,940 fully paid ordinary shares. No direct securities are held by Baker at the time of his departure.
