K3 Business Technology (GB:KBT) has released an update.
K3 Business Technology Group has announced that Kestrel Partners LLP acquired 12,553 of its shares on behalf of clients, at an average price of £1.0220 each, increasing their total indirect control to 28.80% of K3’s issued share capital. Non-executive director Oliver Scott, associated with Kestrel, is deemed to have a beneficial interest in these shares. The shares are held through nominees including the Bank of New York Nominees Ltd and Northern Trust Company AVFC.
