K3 Business Technology Group, a provider of software solutions for fashion and apparel brands, has announced that Kestrel Partners LLP acquired 8,576 shares in the company, increasing their total control to 29.04% of K3’s issued share capital. Oliver Scott, a non-executive director of K3 and partner at Kestrel, is now deemed to have a beneficial interest in these shares. The transaction, which took place on the London Stock Exchange, further consolidates Kestrel’s position as a significant shareholder in K3.
