Kestrel Gold Inc. has successfully settled its management fee debt by issuing over 1.5 million Common Shares, valued at just three cents each, to Rob Solinger, totaling around $45,663. The company, known for its 100% interest in two orogenic gold targets in western Canada, is traded on the TSX Venture exchange under the symbol KGC.
