Kermode Resources Ltd. has compensated its CEO and CFO with shares for services rendered in April 2024, issuing 333,333 shares to each at $0.015 per share, based on an agreement detailed in previous news releases. The total value of services provided by each executive was $5,000, and all shares are subject to a four-month hold period. Kermode is actively seeking mining exploration opportunities globally.
