Kermode Resources Ltd. has updated the purchase option terms for the Silverbell Trio Project on Vancouver Island, expanding the project to cover 763 hectares. The revised terms include a $150,000 cash payment option over the next 10 years and a 30% sale participation right for the same duration, along with a 2% royalty that can be bought down for $2 million.
