Kermode Resources Ltd. has announced plans to acquire full ownership of the Terrace Perlite project in British Columbia through a proposed option agreement. The purchase includes a mineral claim covering 100 hectares, with financial terms involving a total of $50,000 and 4 million shares over five years. The agreement also features a 5% gross revenue royalty and potential sales participation rights.
