Kermode Resources (TSE:KLM) has released an update.
Kermode Resources Ltd. has announced a Shares for Services agreement with 911 Exploration Corp., which, upon Exchange approval, will see Kermode issuing common shares to cover costs for mineral exploration services. The agreement is set for a term from May 1, 2024, to May 1, 2025, with a compensation cap of $1.2 million, and the shares’ value will be based on the TSX Venture Exchange closing price, subject to certain conditions and limitations.
