Kermode Resources Ltd has finalized a private placement, raising $25,000 by issuing 2.5 million units at $0.01 each, which will fund general working capital without primarily covering management fees or investor relations. The units include a share and a warrant, the latter exercisable at $0.05 for three years, with no finder’s fees involved and a four-month hold period.
