Keppel REIT has announced the pricing of A$175 million in floating rate green notes due in 2027, to be issued under its S$1 billion Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme. The proceeds will finance the acquisition of an eco-friendly property in Sydney, aligning with Keppel REIT’s green financing framework. The notes, ranking equally with other unsecured obligations, will be offered outside the United States, with interest payments made quarterly.
