Keppel REIT held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 19, 2024, at the Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre, where the CEO presented the company’s financial performance for 2023. The board of directors and management team were introduced, and it was announced that voting on resolutions would be conducted electronically. The financial statements and auditor’s report for the year ending December 31, 2023, were presented for adoption.
