Keppel Infrastructure (SG:A7RU) has released an update.

Keppel Infrastructure Trust, managed by Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management, has secured a multi-currency revolving credit facility worth S$50 million with specific conditions tied to its management structure. The agreement mandates immediate repayment if the current Trustee-Manager is changed and not replaced by an entity within the Keppel group. As of the announcement date, no such repayment-triggering event has occurred.
