Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT) has announced the closure of its unitholder register on September 4, 2024, to determine entitlements for the upcoming Stub Distribution. This distribution is linked to the Placement Units issue, and only unitholders registered by the closing date with credited accounts will be eligible. The announcement clarifies that the offering will not be available in certain jurisdictions, including the United States.
