Keppel DC REIT (SG:AJBU) has released an update.

Keppel DC REIT has launched a significant equity fund raising of approximately S$1.086 billion through a private placement and preferential offering to support its strategic growth initiatives. This move is set to enhance the company’s portfolio by acquiring stakes in two Singapore-based data center buildings. The preferential offering gives existing unitholders an opportunity to participate in the growth by purchasing new units at a preferential price.
