Keppel DC REIT Issues Units to Cover Fees

Keppel DC REIT (SG:AJBU) has released an update.

Keppel DC REIT has announced the issuance of over 2.1 million units at an average price of S$1.8454 each to cover various management, divestment, and acquisition fees. This issuance is in payment for the management of several international data center assets and a recent divestment and acquisition involving data centers in Australia and Tokyo. The specific fees covered include the base fee for management, 100% of divestment and acquisition fees for certain transactions, and a partial acquisition fee related to the Tokyo Data Centre.
