Kennedy-Wilson Names Jeffrey Meyers New Director, Mouton Exits

Jeffrey Meyers has been appointed as a director of Kennedy-Wilson Holdings, Inc., with his term set to end at the 2027 annual stockholders’ meeting. Recognized for his independence in accordance with the New York Stock Exchange requirements, Meyers brings valuable expertise as CEO of Zonda, a firm specializing in housing industry advice, and holds prestigious positions within the industry. His election comes with a $150,000 retainer and 7,000 shares of restricted stock units, while Mr. Kent Mouton steps down from his role on the Board.
