Kemper Corp (KMPR) has released an update.
Kemper Corporation has elevated Bradley T. Camden from Senior Vice President and Interim CFO to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. Camden, who joined Kemper in 2020 and has a history with Northern Trust Asset Management, will enjoy a raised base salary of $575,000. His compensation package includes eligibility for short-term incentives at 75% of his salary, and long-term incentives at 225%. The company has confirmed there are no familial ties or undisclosed arrangements influencing Camden’s appointment as the principal financial officer.
