Kelso Technologies Inc. has announced results from its Annual General and Special Meeting, where a majority of shareholders voted to elect six directors, though James R. Bond received less than majority support and has offered his resignation, pending board review. Shareholders also reappointed Smythe, LLP as auditors, but rejected the adoption of several proposed equity incentive plans. Post-meeting, Kelso confirmed executive appointments, including Bond as President and CEO.
