Keck Seng Investments (Hong Kong) Limited has announced that if severe weather conditions such as Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, a ‘black’ rainstorm, or ‘extreme conditions’ are present in Hong Kong on the morning of June 3, 2024, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for that day will be postponed. Shareholders will be informed about the rescheduled AGM through announcements on the company’s and the Stock Exchange’s websites. All resolutions and proxy forms for the original AGM will remain valid for the rescheduled meeting.
