Kazatomprom has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on November 15, 2024, with the key agenda being the approval of a major transaction with CNNC Overseas Limited and China National Uranium Corporation Limited for the sale and purchase of natural uranium concentrates. The meeting will also involve the election of a Chairman and Secretary, and determining the voting form for the shareholders.
