Kaufman & Broad Secures New €200M Syndicated Loan

Kaufman et Broad (FR:KOF) has released an update.

Kaufman & Broad SA has secured a new €200M syndicated loan with a 5-year maturity, replacing their existing €250M agreement set to mature in January 2025. This strategic financial move will provide the company with extended resource maturity and flexibility for future investments, while incorporating a positive incentive for meeting CSR indicators. The loan was facilitated by major French banks, with Crédit Agricole CIB and Banque Postale advising on CSR coordination.
