Steelcase Inc (SCS) has released an update.
After serving on the Board of Directors since 2001, Kate Pew Wolters has decided to retire from her role at Steelcase Inc. upon the conclusion of her term at the upcoming 2024 annual shareholders’ meeting. Wolters, who chose not to stand for re-election, cites personal reasons for her departure, affirming that her retirement is not due to any disputes with the company’s practices or policies.
