Karora Resources Inc. has received final court approval for its merger with Westgold Resources, with shareholder backing obtained earlier. The merger is anticipated to be effective from August 1, 2024, leading to delisting of Karora Shares from the TSX and initiation of trading Westgold ordinary shares on the exchange.
