Peter Botten, a director at Karoon Energy Ltd, has increased his stake in the company through an on-market trade, acquiring 66,760 ordinary shares at an average price of $1.80 each. Following this transaction, Botten now holds a total of 116,760 ordinary shares indirectly through MAITLAND PARK HOLDINGS PTY LTD as trustee for the CAPULET TRUST. There were no disposals or changes in director’s interests in contracts reported.
