Karoon Energy Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Marco Brummelhuis as the new Executive Vice President & Country Manager for Karoon Brazil, effective from 1 July 2024. Brummelhuis, with over 30 years of industry experience and a strong background in multiple roles across South America, is set to lead the company’s operations and growth in Brazil. His diverse expertise and deep understanding of the Brazilian oil and gas sector are expected to enhance Karoon’s strategic execution and development of key projects, such as the Baúna Project.
