Karelian Diamond Resources (GB:KDR) has released an update.
Karelian Diamond Resources plc has successfully raised approximately £328,000 through a share placement at a discounted issue price, aiming to finance follow-up exploration of Nickel-Copper-Platinum Group Elements in Northern Ireland and continue diamond exploration in Finland. The company has also appointed CMC Markets as joint broker, with the new shares expected to constitute about 18.34% of the enlarged issued share capital upon trading commencement on the AIM market.
