Kanzhun Limited has reported a series of Class A ordinary shares issuances under their share award scheme throughout May 2024, not involving company directors. Shares were issued at significant discounts to market price, with the largest single issuance being 675,454 shares. By May 30, 2024, the company confirmed that all legal requirements and board authorizations for these issuances had been duly fulfilled.
