Kalina Power Limited announces a rights issue aiming to raise approximately $1.03 million through the distribution of over 103 million new shares at 1 cent each, accompanied by half as many attaching options exercisable at 2 cents. The offer, fully underwritten by BW Equities Pty Ltd, also includes additional options for investors and for BW Equities as part of their capital raising service compensation. Shareholders must act by 5 pm Sydney time on October 30, 2024, to participate in this investment opportunity.
