Kalina Power Limited has announced a fundraising initiative through a non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer aiming to raise approximately $1.03 million. The offer includes one new share at $0.01 each for every 24 existing shares held, with an additional free option for every two new shares purchased, available only to shareholders in Australia and New Zealand or as specified by the company. Unfortunately, shareholders outside these regions, categorized as Ineligible Shareholders, will not be able to participate in the offer.
