Kalamazoo Resources Ltd. (AU:KZR) has released an update.
Kalamazoo Resources Ltd. has successfully launched Kali Metals on the ASX, with the IPO raising $15m and Kalamazoo retaining a 20.2% stake. Kalamazoo’s shareholders benefited from an in-specie distribution and oversubscribed Priority Offer in Kali Metals, which includes a portfolio of Australian lithium assets. Additionally, Kalamazoo has entered into an option agreement with De Grey Mining Limited for the potential $30 million sale of its Ashburton Gold Project.
