Kaisa Prosperity Holdings Ltd. has announced significant leadership changes, with Ms. Mou Zhaohui resigning as CEO to focus on personal endeavors, effective 20 May 2024, while retaining her role as an executive Director. Mr. Liao Chuanqiang steps down as Chairman but will take over as the new CEO from the same date. Additionally, Mr. Kwok Ying Shing, already an executive director with considerable experience, will assume the roles of Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
