Eileen Mooney has notified Kainos Group plc of a change in her stake in the company, with the crossing of a voting rights threshold on July 10, 2024. Mooney’s direct voting rights in the UK-based company now stand at 3.98%, representing a total of 5,012,541 voting rights. This shift in shareholding structure was officially reported to the issuer on the following day, July 11.
