K9 Gold Corp (TSE:KNC) has released an update.

K9 Gold Corp. has announced a non-brokered private placement, raising $100,000 through the issuance of 1,428,571 units at $0.07 per unit. Each unit offers one common share and a warrant, with proceeds directed towards general working capital. The private placement is pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
