K3 Business Tech’s Major Stake Acquired by Kestrel Partners

K3 Business Technology (GB:KBT) has released an update.

K3 Business Technology Group PLC, a provider of software solutions for fashion and apparel brands, has announced that Kestrel Partners LLP acquired 8,576 shares at £0.7014 each, increasing their combined indirect control to 29.04% of K3’s issued share capital. The transactions involved various nominees, including Bank of New York Nominees Ltd and Northern Trust Company, with further details provided in line with EU Market Abuse Regulation.
