K3 Business Technology Group PLC has announced that Kestrel Partners LLP, through discretionary client transactions, acquired 38,869 shares of K3 at £0.7014 each. This purchase increases Kestrel’s indirect control to 29.02% of K3’s issued share capital, with non-executive director Mr. Scott deemed to have a beneficial interest in this significant stake. The shares are held through various nominees, including Bank of New York Nominees Ltd and Northern Trust Company.
