K3 Business Technology Group PLC, specializing in software for fashion and apparel brands, has announced Crowe LLP as its new auditor for the 2024 fiscal year, pending shareholder approval at the next AGM. This change follows a competitive tender process and comes after the resignation of BDO LLP, which had been K3’s auditor since 2006. The company has expressed its gratitude to BDO for its past services.
