Specifically, Johnson has acquired 192,500 fully paid ordinary shares and disposed of all his options, now holding a direct interest of 192,500 shares, alongside an indirect interest of 32,810,245 shares through Maptek Pty Ltd. These transactions were conducted with no monetary consideration, as the options were exercisable at $0.
