Jyske Bank Launches 1.5B DKK Share Buyback

Jyske Bank A/S (GB:0MGD) has released an update.

Denmark’s Jyske Bank has initiated a share buyback program, running from June 3, 2024, to January 31, 2025, with the intention to acquire its own shares up to a total value of 1.5 billion DKK. As part of the program, the bank has already purchased 315,614 shares, amounting to 0.49% of its total share capital, at an average price of approximately 549.72 DKK per share. These actions are in line with EU Regulation 596/2014, known as the Market Abuse Regulation.
