JY Grandmark Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers as their auditor due to a disagreement over the audit fee for the year ending 31 December 2024. The company’s Board, with recommendations from the Audit Committee, appointed D & Partners CPA Limited as the new auditor effective 15 July 2024. The change is not expected to materially impact the Group’s annual audit and is anticipated to improve cost-effectiveness and be in the best interest of the company and its shareholders.
