JY Gas Ltd. (HK:1407) has released an update.
JY Gas Limited has announced the off-market disposal of 108,900,000 shares by its substantial shareholder, LLJ Phoenix, owned by the company’s chairman, Mr. Luan Linjiang, to an independent third party, Mr. Song Yujie, at HK$0.70 per share, amounting to a total consideration of HK$76,230,000. Upon completion, Mr. Song Yujie will become a substantial shareholder with approximately 27.85% of JY Gas Limited’s total issued share capital, while LLJ Phoenix will exit its shareholder position. The company advises shareholders and investors to exercise caution when dealing in shares as the disposal is subject to conditions and may not proceed.
