Jutal Offshore Oil Services Limited announced significant leadership changes, with Mr. Cao stepping down as executive director, CEO, and president due to assignment elsewhere, effective June 24, 2024. Mr. Tang is set to take over as the new executive director and president, bringing his extensive experience within the company and industry to the role. Additionally, Mr. Zhao is appointed as a member of the remuneration committee and will also be serving as an authorized representative.
