Just Group plc has announced the successful issuance of a £400m Sustainability Tier 2 bond with a 6.875% coupon and a £250m capped tender offer aimed at its existing green bonds, demonstrating its commitment to sustainable growth and investment. The company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes and to redeem its £155m Tier 3 bond, further solidifying its financial position. This marks Just Group’s third ESG bond in four years, highlighting its dedication to environmental and social governance.
