Just Group plc successfully concludes its tender offers, purchasing all tendered 2031 Notes, but opting not to buy back 2026 and 2029 Notes. The company will fully acquire £232.7 million worth of 2031 Notes at a purchase price of 102.604%, and post-settlement, it plans to redeem the remaining untendered 2031 Notes. The completion of these financial maneuvers is scheduled for September 19, 2024, potentially consolidating the company’s debt structure.
